Caplena uses selected third-party services to deliver a smooth and secure experience — from translation and analytics to infrastructure and support. We take privacy and compliance seriously. As part of our GDPR commitment, and to meet the standards of privacy-conscious clients such as Swiss banks and global telcos, we carefully vet each integration and minimize the data shared. Some services are essential for running our platform (e.g., cloud infrastructure), while others are optional, like analytics or translation services.
The only subprocessor that potentially has full access to the data you upload is Google Cloud. With most other services, we only share usage information, which may include your name and email.
