# Network Requirements

**Firewall & Network Requirements** *Ensure Caplena works smoothly on corporate networks*

If you're experiencing issues loading Caplena, or receiving emails, this is often caused by network restrictions such as firewalls, proxy settings, or domain blocking.

Please ask your IT team to whitelist the following domains:

| `caplena.com`           | Main domain             |
| `www.caplena.com`       | Website                 |
| `app.caplena.com`       | Application             |
| `api.caplena.com`       | API                     |
| `docs.caplena.com`      | Documentation           |
| `changelog.caplena.com` | Product updates         |
| `email.caplena.com`     | Transactional emails    |
| `hs.caplena.com`        | Support & live chat     |
| `ph.caplena.com`        | Product analytics       |
| `trust.caplena.com`     | Trust & security portal |

Allowing these domains should resolve most access, loading, or email delivery issues.
