Core Users
Core users have full platform access depending on their assigned role. Use this for team members who are actively working on data, projects, and analysis. Core users can:- View, create, and edit projects and reports
- Tag, filter, and analyze data
- Use and manage integrations (e.g., Qualtrics)
- Set up alerts, manage teams, and configure permissions
Reporting-Only Users
Reporting-only users have view-only access to reports shared with them. Ideal for external stakeholders or internal teams who just need visibility into results. Reporting-only users cannot:- Access or edit any projects
- Create or modify reports
- Interact with alerts, integrations, or reports beyond view access
How to add users

Go to Team
Go to Account → Team.

Click Invite
Click the Invite button in the top-right corner.

Choose invite type
Choose between Single user or Multiple Reporting-Only users.

Enter details
Enter the user’s email address and assign a role (for Core users).

Confirm
Click Invite or Bulk Invite to confirm.
