Project Name — Choose something clear and descriptive. Helpful when managing multiple projects.
Tags (optional) — Categorize and filter projects using tags like
NPS, Customer Service, or Q1 2025.
Main Language — The language topics will be generated in. Even with multilingual data, pick the one language you want to work in.
Project Theme — Sets the color scheme used across your reports.
Project Context (optional) This is one of the most impactful fields in setup. The more context you give, the more relevant the AI-generated topics will be. Think of it as a brief for the AI.
Example: “This is an annual NPS survey targeting B2B clients in North America. We’re trying to identify main drivers behind promoter/detractor ratings.”
